Remember to keep our country and its leaders in prayer at this difficult time. We need Wisdom and God’s perspective on these circumstances. Women’s Shelter Update
Recent updates on the women’s house, We have 3 women and one 6 year old girl living here. All are doing wonderful and truly seeking God’s will for their lives. Their names are Marette, Mary, Maria and Miranda. All of the girls have come to know Jesus in a more personal way. Marette has been sober for 5 months and is now working at the Hotel Elliot, Maria and Miranda came to know Jesus 3 years ago, and now he has led them here. Maria is working at Deja Vu and Miranda goes to school. Mary has just recently come to us, and God also provided her with a job at The Hotel Elliot. We are re-constructing the house and there is a lot of work to be done. During the December storm we had roof damage and ceiling damage, which need to be repaired. We are painting all the rooms, the kitchen cabinets need to be refurbished, and there is work to be done on the foundation. Please keep the women and repairs on the shelter in your prayers.
